Ordered products are shipped after payment has been received.

Orders are shipped from Poland.

Orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible after payment confirmation.

Delivery time is typically 5–14 business days, depending on the destination country and the shipping provider. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by postal services, courier companies, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

We currently ship to:
Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Ireland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Japan.

Shipping is free to selected countries.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the case of returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
